A beautiful close-up of a very young Great white shark taken from the surface from a small 6m research vessel in Gaansbaai. This individual came very close to the vessel, turning on his side, posing beautifully for the camera. We were sitting very close to the surface of the water thanks to the small size of the vessel, which allowed us to capture this image.
