Bare-all
This was a very lucky image to capture. In the past images like this one were captured by giving sharks a little tickle on the top of their nose, which would result in them rolling over and bearing all. This, however, is no longer legal, hence how lucky capturing this moment was. As we can see, Great white shark teeth have a unique triangular shape. They have five rows of teeth; of which two are exposed. Every time a tooth is lost; it is replaced with a new one and a shark can lose more than 20 000 teeth in its lifetime. If only we had this, we would never need to visit a dentist…
